Warranty Claims

WARRANTY CLAIMS
  1. Warranty is not transferable.
  2. This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased from ITSU.
  3. Proof of purchase (Original Receipt) is required for all warranty repairs.
  4. All implied warranties, including but not limited to those implied warranties of fitness and merchantability, are limited to the duration stated in the warranty policy.
  5. Product warranties are valid within Malaysia only and exclude the following coverages:
    1. Goods damaged by household pests and/or an act of God, including but not limited to fire and floods.
    2. Damages caused by unauthorized repairs and/or tampering of the goods.
    3. Using the wrong voltage output which caused electrical damage to the goods.
    4. Normal wear and tear to the exterior and interior of the goods, cosmetic parts, leather or synthetic leather.
    5. Accessories and attachments which do not belong to the massage unit
  1. Warranty is not effective to rental, business, commercial, institutional or other non-residential users.
  2. All services covered by this warranty must be approved by ITSU and repaired by authorized technician only.
  3. If replacement parts for defective materials are not available, ITSU reserves the right to make substitution in lieu of repair or replacement.
Term and Condition
  • For repairs under warranty, the warranty card or Original Sales Invoice must be shown at the time of service request.
  • For non-warranty product (s), the repair will commence only on approval of estimated repair fees by customer.
  • For non-warranty product(s), upfront charges (if applicable) shall be paid prior to service is carried out.
  • For non-warranty product(s), repairs may be taken up, subject to availability of spare parts.
  • Under no circumstances shall the set be retained by the company beyond a period of 90days unclaimed from the date of repair completion notification or non-approval of estimated repair fee by the customer, the company is authorised to auction or dispose-off the set with prior notice.
  • No warranty or guarantee on spare part replaced shall be applicable, however, should a defect recur within 30 days after the repair is carried out, the charges shall be waived-off.
  • The company is not responsible for the accessories not recorded in this Repair Note.
  • Please produce the ORIGINAL. Repair Note upon collection of the product(s).
  • You have agreed for the company to collect, keep and use the information in this Repair note.
  • Products other than the Massage Chair included Aire Track, Aire Bike & Aire Swing are entitled to 12 months warranty only.
  • All massage chair ( Pandora plus, Prime Elite, Prime Dive, Sensei Essence, Prime Genki, Suki & Sugoi) are entitled to 24 months warranty and included ONE-time leather change (within 24 months)
  • Sensei Essence Neo entitled to 36 months warranty and includes ONE-time leather change (within 36 months)
